01. The Challenge
One Clothing specializes in various types of branded garments and in-house brands. One of the challenges is inaccurate branding promotion, which confuses people with counterfeit brands such as Balenciaga and OffWhite. Furthermore, unorganized marketing campaigns result in One Clothing wasting a huge amount of resources on social media marketing, resulting in customers losing confidence in buying One Clothing products. One Clothing suffered severe losses both in terms of sales and local e-commerce platforms on Lazada and Shopee.
02. The Solution
The Double Creative Asia team has developed a plan to revamp One Clothing’s social media Local E-Commerce platform and branding. This marketing mix incorporates the 7P’s which include Product, Place, Price, Promotion, Physical & Virtual Store, People and Process. A double creative team maintains positive social media content to maintain followers, and a graphic design team spends three days designing a mock-up on local E-Commerce platforms Lazada and Shopee to make it more organized in category terms.

03. The Result
Results: Double Creative conducted a test on One Clothing social media orders and local e-commerce orders, which generated an average of MYR 3,000 per day in sales and e-commerce revenue. In total, One Clothing generated more than MYR 90,000 per month.
